It is very important that you track your progress at least every two weeks. Tracking your progress is a great way to keep yourself accountable and ensure that you are staying on track and getting results. Knowing your progress will keep your focus and motivate you even more, to keep going. Do not punish yourself if you didn’t get the results that you were hoping for.
